If you qualify show proof of Texas Residency. Applicants must provide one (1) of the following:
Driver’s License
State Card
Voter Registration Card
(Expired ID’s are not accepted)
OR Utility Bill
(Correct address is required!
No exceptions)
The state of Texas will process your paperwork and mail a voucher to you about 150 days after you applied. When you receive the voucher,
